Ben, I am sorry for the delay. When you called Wednesday I was on the way to the hospital with a violent case of Vertigo. I am just now able to focus on my computer and see the documents. I am at home, and do not have access to a fax. Based on what I see below, you are rebuilding in the current footprint and are not asking me to waive the 15ft setback. If I am correct in those assumptions, I have absolutely no objections to signing the form below. Perhaps your contractor can use this email as the basis for starting the project, and I will return the fax on Monday for his records. If your project will require me to waive the setback, I would prefer to walk the area with you and more fully understand the situation before giving my consent.
