Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. Please note that the permit is conditioned such that the platform shall not encroach into the tributary. Additionally the platform shall not extend over coastal wetlands wider than 6'. I have the pier pretty much finished except for the T on the end; which brings me to my question. Is it possible to make the T larger? I have to set more posts and would like to change the T from 4 x 12 to maybe 6 x 12. 1 built the pier only 34" wide, inside the posts, so if I built the T 6 x 12, the total square footage would be the about the same.
