Community Dock Rebuild. I have enclosed the following:

Owners and the High Ground Property owner;
• The signed Authorized Agent Form from a slip owner of the community dock;
• A survey that shows the dimensions of the dock;
• Check in the amount of $200.

Attached is the first page of the deed we spoke about on the phone. Recap: 1 parcel of land - Community dock
(20 years), private dock permitted and built several years ago. They want to rebuild community dock.
I have the rest of the deed, but the language is on the first page. I have the rest, but like I said, I don't even
know if we have the job yet, so this is enough to get us started.

incorporated herein by reference.
Said lot is subject to the restrictive covenants dated
July 8, 1986 and recorded in Book 239 at page 294,
Pamlico County Registry, as amended by instrument dated
December 9, 1986 and recorded in Book 242 at page 227

subdivision street disclosure statement dated July 8,
1986 and recorded in Book 239 at page 291 of said

EXCEPTING from the above -described lot are the
following:
(1) The 10 foot wide access easement which serves the
community dock as shown on that map recorded in
Book 246 at page 219, Pamlico County Registry.
(2) The rights of others in the use of said easement
and the community dock.
(3) Sufficient riparian rights for the owners of said
boatslips to enjoy their use.
(4) All utility easements of record.
Said lot was conveyed to grantors by deed dated
December 15, 1994, recorded in Book 302 at page 211,
Pamlico County Registry.
