We are requesting from CAMA a building permit to build a bulkheaded seawall on our property. We need to do this because our property is eroding and we want to protect our lot value. We plan to build approximately a 100' seawall that will end at the north end of our property. The seawall will be of fiberglass, capped by wood, with stone or marl on the water side of the wall to add additional buttressing to the structure. The wall will be no higher than 6" above the current land elevation. Before we can get the permit, we need the approval of the adjoining landowners. Therefore, I am asking you to approve this request by signing a copy of this letter and returning it to us. 1 have included a photo of a seawall similar to the one we want to build.
