Proposed construction of dock and access walkway
on Outlaw Tract of Plum Creek
Bertie County, North Carolina
Dear Mr. Holloman:
OCT 1 8 2002
The Division of Coastal Management has reviewed your 24 September 2002
correspondence objecting to the above referenced project. The dock and access walkway as
proposed is consistent with North Carolina Administrative Code 07H .1200 (see attached) and the
appropriate rules and regulations of the Division. Therefore, on 10 October 2002, Guy Pearce, a
member of my staff, issued General Permit No. 32602-B authorizing the aforementioned project
(copy of permit attached).
If you wish to appeal this permit decision, you may file a request with the Director of the
Division of Coastal Management, Department of Environment and Natural Resources within
twenty (20) days of the permit decision. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do
not hesitate to contact me at (252) 946-6481 ext. 293.
Sincerely,
