The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . I was the real estate agent of record for Mr. Price and Mrs. Kelly from May of 2001 until their purchase of the above property. Their search was limited only to waterfront homes with deep water access and docking_ Their decision to purchase 212 Gangplank Rd. was made after we thoroughly investigated the ability to park their boat at the residence- We checked the water depth, we talked to people involved with the recent dredging in River Bend, and I, as a buyer's agent, went to the River Bend town hall and discussed the ability to dock a 35 foot boat at the property. During all this, everyone we spoke with concurred that it would not be a problem. I can fully attest that Mr_ Price and Mrs. Kelly bought the house at 212 Gangplank in good faith fully expecting to be able to park their boat at the property.
