As part of the approval process, we obtained the Town or Oriental's waiver (see attached) and also paid the fine of $500 assessed by CAMA. I thought this matter was completely concluded, but I have been asked by the Developer and the Marina Association to obtain a written letter from your office confirming the approval. Specifically, would you please write me a letter confirming that the T-head slips B-45 and C-33 were approved as permanent slips as reflected on the plat which is attached hereto. This is the same plat that was submitted to you with our original request of approval and which you have in your files. Thank you for your attention to this. I hope your summer is going well.
