Attached is the information you requested to modify the GP #51046 issued for the pipe
replacement on SR 1528 in Brunswick Co. near Southport. We can not get the slopes to
stabilize and are requesting to place rip rap at the 4 corners of the headwall. Brad, I
would also like to modify the existing NW 3 authorization(AI #20082407)to include NW
13 authorization, since this is Section 10 waters. If either of you need any additional
information please let me know.
