The below comments apply to my objection. Comments on proposed rip rap 1. Kip rap starting at road shoulder creates hazard to driver who may need shoulder to park and transition from. adjsccut taacts. 2. The rip rap should be placed in line with arional sea wall rather than starting; at the road's edge. Normal water level relationship to the road is a function of fill dirt on the property. Once lot is refilled with soil, rip rap can be used to protect fill and provide goe-t protection to the road from flooding and erosion. 3. The road should be re -sloped so that it does not drain onto tract nunilxr 7315; this causes erosion across tract towards river. The road should be sloped toward the Glitch with flow into the river just east of tract number 7386. 1 will gladly meet with you to discuss these comments and your plans so that a suitable plan can be developed. 4S' 1 C.
