C. 28571 Dear Gary: February 12, 1995 This is letter updates our conversation on waiver of the 15 foot setback requirents to permit the installation of a piling on lot No.2 which belongs to Mr. Jeff Morgan. I understand the piling will be located on Mr. Morgan's lot near the common property line with lot No.1 which belongs to me and approximately at the edge of the shore. This location is acceptable to me. Jeff and I have agreed to split the cost of this pile. I assume this letter will satisfy the permit requirements to have the piling installed.
