This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

RE: Maintenance Dredging - Mariners Point Condominium Assoc., Inc.
Dear Ms. Norman:
Mariners Point is presently requesting a Minor C.A.M.A. Permit from
the state to perform certain maintenance dredging of the Mariners
Point marina and channel. As an adjacent land owner we are
required to notify you of our plans.
The dredging project would consist of dredging at the mouth of the
Mariners Point marina and then westward for approximately 300 ft.
The project would consist of dredging the existing channel from its
present depth of 2 1/2 - 3 ft. to a new depth of 4 1/2 - 5 ft. All
of the dredged materials would be unloaded at Mariners Point and
then hauled off. The work would be done within the next 60 days.
If you do not object to this project, we respectfully request that
you sign below indicating no objection. If you have objections to
this project, you may contact, within 10 days of receipt of this
letter:
