C. Our property is located nearest bouy 45A on the Intracoastal Waterway. We have engaged Mr. Stephen Koroly to construct the boat lift. We have enclosed signed permission letters from our adjacent property owners, Mr. Wesley Coble and Col. (Ret.) James Gress. The measured least depth of the water in the area of the proposed boat lift at low tide is two feet. The distance from the end of the proposed boat lift to a line between the nearest Inland Waterway markers (marker 45 and bouy 45A) is approximately 165 feet.
