This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Lampe:
Attached is General Permit # 14718-C authorizing the construction of a 24' X 6' pier that
includes an 8' X 10' platform, the installation of 2 mooring pilings, and the construction of a
10' X 10' boatramp on your property located off SR 1324 adjacent Riggs Creek, near Florence
in Pamlico County.
In order to validate this permit, please submit a $50.00 check made payable to
NCDEHNR and sign all three (3) copies of the permit as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies along with the check to us in the
enclosed, self-addressed envelope. I have also enclosed for you information, a copy of the
pertinent regulations describing the General Permits for a pier and boatramp.
