The Cedar Point Beach Homeowners Association is
applying for a permit to dredge the Boat Basin and
entrance to a depth of 3 (three feet).
Enclosed is a check for $50.00 for the permit and
letters from the adjoining property (reparian rights)
owners.
The work will be done by Coastal Deep Water. The
material removed will be loaded on a barge and
off-loaded at Roger Jones property. (Tax Parcel
15-036C-02-25) A copy of the tax map and letter of
consent from Roger Jones is also attached.
The attached sketch is to scale and shows the boat
basin area and entrance to be dredged. It will be
necessary to curve the entrance to avoid EEL grass.
Coastal deep Water is aware of the EEL grass and will
work around it where necessary.
