violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Flynn:
Attached is General Permit #14781-C authorizing the construction of a 210' pier, 11' X
14' uncovered boatlift, and the installation of three mooring pilings on your property off SR
1224, near Mesic adjacent Gales Creek/AIWW in Pamlico County. This permit authorizes the
same development as GP #13818-C, but specifies the dimensions of the boatlift which the old
permit did not. If the standard I V X 14' boatlift is not appropriate, just contact me and I can
authorize the needed changes verbally.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
white copy for your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.
