DUE TO THE EROSION OF THE RIPARIAN BOUNDARY LINE ON LOTS 2 & 3 OF
THE WILLIAMS TRACT IN CAROLINA PINES, MAGNOLIA PLANTATION
PARTNERSHIP PROPOSES THE REPAIR BY DOING THE FOLLOWING:
1.) Cutting existing top of bank at an approximate
45 degree slope.
2.) Using the cut material to fill at the toe of the
bluff at the same slope with a 10 ft. level terrace
at midpoint.
3.) The lower six foot section of the repaired slope
will then be covered with rip -rap over a layer of
filter cloth which will extend no farther into the
Neuse River than the normal high water trash line
or a line designated by the D.E.H N.R.
