Dear Jim,
The Cedar Point Boataminium Association is applying
for a maintaince permit to dredge the entrance to the
Boat Basin to a depth of 5 (five feet).
Enclosed is a check for $50.00 for the permit and
letters from the adjoining property (reparian rights)
owners.
The work will be done by Coastal Deep Water. The
material removed will be loaded on a barge and
off-loaded at Roger Jones property. (Tax Parcel
15-036C-02-25) A copy of the tax map and letter of
consent from Roger Jones is also attached.
The attached sketch is to scale and shows the boat
basin area and entrance to be dredged. The entrance to
the Boat Basin has shoaled over due to the prop wash
from tugs.
