Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- come null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro- ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no objections to the proposed work. We have been coordinating our initial permit review with the Army Corps of Engineers and have found that your application lacks information necessary to consider it complete under Coastal Management regulations. In order to have a complete application necessary for us to begin processing, you should submit the following items: [1] Riparian neighbors signoffs. [2] More complete plats: (a) Show bulkheading; (b) Label the boat ramp and it's proposed dimensions; (c) Show wetlands; (d) Show dimensions of spoil or fill area; and, (e) Label the normal water level line. [31 Cross section drawings of the boat ramp should show the proposed work. [4] Submit a cross section of the proposed bulkhead. [5] The top view plat of the proposed bulkhead shows 1/8 inch gaps between boards. Is this what you intended? [61 Indicate on plan view of lot the area of the ditch you intend to clean out. Will you cross your property line? [7) Complete (3a) for boat ramp replacement and bulkheading. [8] Complete section 6(a) for fill and f through s. [9] Complete the application section (number 7) regarding bulkhead length to be constructed.
