imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

Charles, please find enclosed the following as it relates to the
proposed replacement of approximately 430' +/- of bulkhead along
the southeide of the Beacon's *teach marina. Please note we may do
leas that 4301, if it looks like time will not allow us to complete
the entire project in a timely manner.
The project will consist of
1) Now bulkhead wall immediately seaward of the existing
wall.
2) Repaired or new walkway along the aouth wall.
3 ) Repairs and / or replacement of certain components of the
electrical service to the docks.
