The proposed project to be located and constructed as described
above is hereby certified as exempt from the CAMA permit re-
quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary
to continue this certification.

Any person who proceeds wilh a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required tot the
development.
The aopli and centres by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and wilt abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I own property on the White Oak River, adjacent to a one -
acre lot owned by Frank and Wynona Adams. I have been adv-
ised by them that they intend to build a one-story, 3-bed-
room, 2-bath house on their property. This house will have
1422 sc. ft. of heated space with an attached 2-car garage.
The house will be located 60 ft. from the existing bulkhead
of the river. The ground level for the house will be 14' 2"
above the high-water line of the river, having a masonry
foundation.
I have also been shown a map of the Adams property, dep-
icting placement of the house with the addition of a new
drive -way, well, and septic system.
I have no objections to the Adams' plans to build a house
on their property as described to me and herein.
