violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

This letter is to notify you, as an adjacent riparian landowner of the Town of
Atlantic Beach, of plans to construct a temporary 36" high screen fence around
the center volleyball court oceanfront of the Town's property located at the old
"Pavilion" site, 115 Atlantic Boulevard, Atlantic Beach, NC. The attached sketch
accurately depicts the proposed construction.
Should you have no objections to this proposal, please check the statement below,
sign and date the blanks below the statement, and return this letter as soon as
possible to Mr. Lloyd C. Wood, Director of Inspections, Town of Atlantic Beach,
P.O. Box 10, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512 - fax number 919/726-5115.
