violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.

ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

Attached is General Permit #14753-C authorizing the placement of approximately 115'
of rock rip rap along the NWL on lot #8 in Bay Shores Subdivision near Merritt adjacent the
Bay River in Pamlico County. I staked the rip rap alignment on 6 July 1995 and the alignment
is depicted on the permit. To complete the permitting process, please enter Mr. Anderson's
telephone number, address, city, state, and zip code in the appropriate blanks at the top of the
permit.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3) copies as indicated. Retain the
