I also own the property to the east which is 152 Westmouth Bay Drive, but have an "adjacent riparian property owner statement" from Tony Flowers who owns the property (162 Westmouth Bay Dr.) to the east of 152. The property to the west of 142 is owned by Mr. Frank and Ms. Marlene East. Mr. Frank East is now deceased, and Ms. East has relatively advanced Alzheimer's. I sent a letter to the last address that I had, and have enclosed the "return receipt" confirming delivery at that address. I have not received a signature as yet, however, Mr. and Ms. East have always been very cooperative with regard to these type issues. I hope this is adequate to obtain a permit, as there are sink holes behind the current wall, and as much as I don't need to spend the money for this, it appears necessary.
