The landowner directly across the street from the project is Stephen Beall 108 US Hwy 264 Stumpy Point, NC 27978 I left a message on his answering machine. The adjacent property owner is the US Fish and Wildlife Service and a message was left with their office. The location of the work that NCDOT is requesting a GP .1700 for is 0.868 miles south of SR 1100 Bayview Drive, 35.69548,-75.77557, and will be 45 feet in length. There will also be a section 155' long where there is existing riprap that will fall under repair and maintenance. Let me know if you need any additional information.
