Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . He had since talked with the engineer who told him that we were not in line for phase 2, adding that since we are being served, the county would have to acquire by waiver or buy out the provider. Surveying: The surveying being done is for the easement for the land trust. Old Business: The utility easement for Waterway Drive was presented. Joe motioned to accept Brad Piner's proposal of $250.00 for the bookkeeping services. Bookkeeping will be on daily entries from an operational statement from the marina. Accounting for slip rental, marina and everything run through the cash register. A quarterly report for all property owners as well as a monthly report for the board would be done. At the same time, there would be the capability to send a newsletter to the property owners. Mr. Piner's office would also be set up to do payroll as well as the tax. reports. Jan Yates seconded. NO VOTE Frank Kivett offered a substitute motion that there be an audit of the Sea. Gate books and that the office be moved to the clubhouse. Richard Cross seconded.
