ACKNOWLEDGED AGREEMENT:
Soundview Homeowners Association has agreed
to allow Erosion Control Specialists to
off-load dredged spoils at their Boat Ramp
property area. This will be the same location
which had been utilized during the Association
dredging project just completed. The spoils
material will be contained at this location and
hauled away as accumulated.
This arrangement is approved for a project
requested by two Association property owners:
Jesse Davis and John Stackhouse.
