canal and repair the sand bag jetty at property off SR1503 and the AIWW near Brown Sound,
near Russell and Goose Creeks, in Onslow County.

Re: Brown Sound Properties - Permit 12055 - Copy Enclosed
Dear Mr. Mercer:
The members of Brown Sound Properties respectfully request
renewal of dredging permit 12055 issued by you in January 1994.
We were unable to obtain the services of a dredging contractor
prior to expiration of the permit. We also find it necessary
to repair sandbags on the dike as indicated on the enclosed
ing.
It is requested the permit be effective at the earliest
possible moment this fall, with hopes we shall be able to
obtain the services of a dredging contractor before all are
committed for this winter.
Any leads you may be able to provide with regard to what
contractors may be interested in this job would be greatly
appreciated.
Brown Sound Properties check in the amount of $50.00 for
the permit renewal is enclosed.
