I've enclosed a completed General Permit Application with a check for $50.00, as well as the responses from my neighbors. I've also included a copy of the return receipt from Mr. Respass. Once the pier has been constructed I intend to build a wooden walkway from the pier to the retaining wall. The walk would be four feet wide and not more than three feet above the ground. Do I require a permit from your department fore this walkway? If so, please consider this a request for that permit. I am aware I am required to notify my homeowner's association of my intent to construct this walkway, and I intend to comply with that requirement.
