This is in response to my notification of a dock to be constructed at
516 West Wilson Creek Drive, New Bern, NC by Foley & Foley.
I object to the proposed construction as I feel it would restrict or
block the only channel in Wilson Creek.
This will limit river access to the boat owners and the many home
owners who live above the proposed dock. All those effected should be
made aware of the proposed construction and problems.

Tom Stroud which authorizes the construction of a pier into Wilson Creek. As we discussed this
morning, if you wish to appeal this permit decision, you must do so within twenty (20) days
from the date of permit issuance. I will be happy to supply you with an appropriate appeals
form if you decide to appeal the permit.
