Julius Taylor looked at the site and designed a proposal which he thought would work for that facility. He did that assuming that I could get the waiver of the western neighbor, Mr. and Mrs. Potter but without the waiver of the eastern neighbor, Mrs. Ellenburg (who lives at 1502 Front St.). I have asked Mrs. Ellenburg has agreed to allow me to come within 10 feet of her side lot line (in other words waive 5 feet of her protection) and she has agreed. Consequently, I have made some pencil changes in Mr. Taylor's proposal and enclose a copy. Please consider this letter my application. I will forward to you the waiver of the neighbors within a few days, but I wanted to go ahead and get the drawing to you for your consideration.
