This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -
is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
o inances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

Dear Mr. Mercer,
Request that your organization grant Oceanfront Court a
permit to exercise our 10 year General Permit from the Army
Corps of Engineers, # SAWC082-N-000-0277, that was renewed on
January 1, 1987, for the maintenance dredging of our 150 foot
long boat channel. We will be hiring Richard Dolgas of
Erosion Control Specialists, Atlantic Beach, to do the work
using the "Mud Bucket." We plan to remove about 100 cubic
yards of sand. The spoils will be off loaded from the deck
of the mud bucket directly on the back of a dump truck parked
at the end of the boat ramp and removed from the property.
Attached are maps and diagrams to show the location of the
work and the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements.
