Box 769 Morehead City, North Carolina Dear Mr. Mercer, Request that your organization grant Oceanfront Court a permit to exercise our 10 year General Permit from the Army Corps of Engineers, # SAWC082-N-000-0277, that was renewed on January 1, 1987, for the maintenance dredging of our 150 foot long boat channel. We will be hiring Richard Dolgas of Erosion Control Specialists, Atlantic Beach, to do the work using the "Mud Bucket." We plan to remove about 100 cubic yards of sand. The spoils will be off loaded from the deck of the mud bucket directly on the back of a dump truck parked at the end of the boat ramp and removed from the property.
