Morehead City, NC 28557 May 4, 1993 Dear David; Well I finally got all the letters of permission for the dry hydrants. All the locations are the same as we looked at with the exception on the one on Styron Cr. I found a small gut about 50 yds. up on the right from where you and I had originally looked. This location will require only about 4' of digging into the bank and less of a run of pipe to 4' of water. It is on the property line of Paul Dexter and Ashton Whipple and they both like the idea of having a hydrant there. Enclosed are all the necessary letters, maps and permit fee. I will be leaving town on or about 5-25-93 so I would really appreciate it if you could possibly get the permit mailed to me before then. Thank you for your assistance in going over the sites with me. QS. Cok/'r/ ya-, rr le. ✓ Cl3 / ``—' C0u S c lti -r Since ely, Charles J.
