This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certifythat this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

may use the Eastnent area for the installation of lines/pipes for that purpose. The cast of
installiiig and providing such utilities will be the sole expense of Gramee, Grantee shall be
responsible for any datnage to Cra.ntor's underground lines or any other damage caused by the
installation described herein,

4. Grantee will not allow pemus other than Grantee, or the specific invitees of
Qrantee to use the Easement area or dock.

6. The Easernetit area described herein may be used only for pedestrian access to the
ruck. The dock moy be used only for access to a boat docked thereupon.
7. No loud or noxious activity shall be conducted on the dock or any boat located at
the dock nor shall it be used for any other purpose other than as speciixcally stated herein.
$. Grantee shall maintain, the dock in a safe and serviceable cordition at all times.
9. Grantee shall bear the sole risk of loss of the dock or any appurtenances ttwr-,to.
10, Grantee shall keep the dock and Easement area clean and free from trash and
debris at all times.
11, Grantee's use shall be confined to the boat slip located on the south side of the
duck and Grantee's use of the dock shall be iimilxl to providing reasotxmble access to a boat
moored at the dock. Grantee understands that another individual may have a boat moored on the
north side of the dock and that their use of the dock must be limited and compatible Mth the u_se
