I don't know how the permit is structured, but is it possible to have the portion of the dock behind the lift wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair? A gentleman in a wheel chair who loves to fish has moved into the neighborhood. I would love for him and my college roommate who is also in a wheel chair to be able to use my dock and maybe even get rides in my boat if we can figure out how to do it.
