Subject: CAMA MINOR DOCK PERMIT` <- il.lN 1 Reference: Expired permit #42494C Attention: Mr. Ryan Davenport Dear Mr. Davenport: We were not able to construct under the previous permit for a floating dock, issued under your guidance, of which copy and associated correspondence are attached. Having moved into our new home and studying our requirements in more detail, we have modified our plan to include two boat lifts. Application and required documents are included herein. I have studied the requirements and have limited the fixed dock area to 363 sgft total, and the floating access/boarding section has been reduced from the originally approved 540 sgft to 321 sgft. I believe this is consistent with your communication to me, dated August 02, 2005 (attached). I have studied the Riparian corridor setback requirements in some detail and have included my graphical analysis. I believe the proposed dockage plan is conservative against these requirements. This analysis and the detailed dock plan, dated 6/9/07 and a site plan, have been given to and reviewed in detail with my adjacent neighbors, Mr. George Phillips and Mr. Kenneth Buck. Both neighbors have signed off on the Adjacent Owner Statements with no conditions or reservations. I have discussed these plans with Chuck Bissette of T D EURE who will provide the floating section and Eric Ellis of ELLIS MARINE CONSRUCTION who will build the fixed structure and install the lifts. I believe all pertinent construction dimensions are on the dock plan drawing. We have taken canal widths to verify that we are well within the 25% rule for structure projection (see Riparian analysis sheet). Hopefully this information will satisfy your needs.
