The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . This confused him because the GIS does not accurately show the property boundaries. Rather than showing the true shape (somewhat trapezoidal — 41.98 feet along the river, 32.29 feet at the road), the GIS simply shoves an extension of the 25 foot wide road tight -of way. I have attached a copy of the deed for the property just in case any questions come up reprding the length of the shoreline.
