Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program,

Thank you for working me in as I am sure you are very busy these days. I will be
glad to meet with you on site.
Fisher's Point S.D. is off Royal Road next to the vacant Mini -mart on Merrimon
Road.
Take road to the end and you will see Fisher's Point on the left at the end.
The property in question is the first house near the stop sign or 112 Thurman.
The HOA is the property on right side and they have signed off and the neighbor
to the left is McClenny, and he has signed off.
We would like to match McClenny's dock and length.

Re: Dock and Lift at 112 Thurman Beaufort, NC 28516
Build apprx. 5' x 210' walkway from land and 10' x 20' L-Head.
One wet slip with 3-25' tie off pilings. Build step-down inside the L-head for
loading and unloading in wet slip.
Furnish and install 1-10K Boat US Elite aluminum boat lift on 4-25' piling.
Build apprx. 3' x 25' and 3'x 20' cat walk around boat lift.
Run water with spigots and drains etc from house to end of the dock.
Furnish and install fish cleaning station.
Furnish and install 33 Pilock piling anchors on every other piling on the walkway
and every piling on the end of the dock and fingers.
Build and install steps to the beach near shore.
plus Williams Electric at their cost.
Terms: Deposit of 50%, and 25% at
75%, and the balance on completion.
