Any violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become null and void. This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian landowner(s) . The HOA is the property on right side and they have signed off and the neighbor to the left is McClenny, and he has signed off. We would like to match McClenny's dock and length. One wet slip with 3-25' tie off pilings. Build step-down inside the L-head for loading and unloading in wet slip. Furnish and install 1-10K Boat US Elite aluminum boat lift on 4-25' piling. Build apprx. 3' x 25' and 3'x 20' cat walk around boat lift. Run water with spigots and drains etc from house to end of the dock. Furnish and install fish cleaning station. Furnish and install 33 Pilock piling anchors on every other piling on the walkway and every piling on the end of the dock and fingers.
