One wet slip with 3-25' tie off pilings. Build step-down inside the L-head for loading and unloading in wet slip. Furnish and install 1-10K Boat US Elite aluminum boat lift on 4-25' piling. Build apprx. 3' x 25' and 3'x 20' cat walk around boat lift. Run water with spigots and drains etc from house to end of the dock. Furnish and install fish cleaning station. Furnish and install 33 Pilock piling anchors on every other piling on the walkway and every piling on the end of the dock and fingers.
