The Board of Directors of Salty Shores Canal Association, Inc.
met on September 25, 2001 to review the application of Steve
Sadler and Emma Singleton for installation of a boat lift and
jet ski lift at lot ¢#4, Section 4, Salty B, Salty Shores.
Proposed plan attached with our seal affixed. Board members
attending were Walton, Rouse, and Hubbard.
The application was approved as follows:
The applicants are to obtain CAMA and building permits as may
be required by law prior to beginning construction.
Notification of adjoining property owners has been obtained
and is attached.
No part of boat lift will exceed 1/4 (one fourth) of the distance
of the canal measuring from bulkhead to bulkhead. Measurements
to include pilings supporting the boat lift.
Canal width is 64 feet at this location. Plan submitted indicates
piling will not exceed 14 feet 6 inches from bulkhead.
Any alterations to approved plan must be reviewed by board of
directors prior to change being made.
