The tee portion will run between 32 and 40 feet out from the existing dock as shown on the drawings. Two powerboats of 24 and 28 feet will be docked on the tee. This addition does not interfere with the riparian lines on either your property or Mr. Dole's property at 5628 Gondolier. If you are in agreement with this proposal and have no objections we will proceed with the CAMA permit and POA application immediately. Please sign at the bottom of the letter if you have no major objections to this proposal I can be reached at 633 1449 and am acting on behalf of my brother, James Pettigrew, who is moving here in a few months.
