On our site, previous to the pass Hurricanes, we had a 4' x 40' wooden dock on pilings, that extended into the Neuse River at low tide conditions 25'. Because of the severe damage that was done to the dock and for the safety of the public, we removed the damaged portions. This has left us with a dock that is 4' x 20' that extends into the river at low tide conditions 5'. We would now like to receive a General Permit to repair the dock back to original size of 4' x 40' wooden dock on pilings. All work will be done in the foot print of the original dock. If there is anything I can do to expedite the review and issuing of the permit please let me know. I can be contacted at (252) 670-4450 cell phone or (252) 249-0226 office if there are any further questions that you may have. Respectfully, Mark R.
