violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible o the
permit officer when the project is inspected for complhance.

ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from

Dear Mr. Mullis:
By this letter, General Permit #C-7797, which was originally
issued to you on October 16, 1990, is hereby renewed for an
additional ninety (90) days. This gives you a new expiration
date of April 9, 1991.
The conditions of the original permit still apply. The
location, dimensions and alignment of the proposed bulkhead, pier
and boat ramp must remain as permitted. Any change(s) in your
project plans will require a re-evaluation by this office.
Also, you will still need to obtain any necessary permits
from the local government.
