This permit is subject to complianck with this apalication, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Attached is General Permit C-8878 to construct a pier and 5
mooring pilings at the property of Mr. Tom Maynard located at Lot
#2, Pelican Point (SR1320), in the community of Pamlico, on Broad
Creek, in Pamlico County.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3)
copies as indicated. Retain the white copy for your files and
return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.

proposed pier on Lot #2, Pelican Point Subdivision on Broad
Creek near Pamlico in Pamlico County. Charlie Frazier has shown
water depths for normal water on his drawing. The pier location
has been shifted at least 50' upstream from the previous proposed
location which you had seen.
