violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a w a ten statement has been obtained from

the shoreline in front of the existing bulkhead at the Kerr
Street Park, on the New River, in Jacksonville, Onslow County.
In order to validate this permit, please sign all three (3)

return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.

Dear Mr. Mercer:
The City of Jacksonville would like to request an amendment to the
major CAMA Permit. The City would like to perform rip rap work
which is needed in the areas shown on the attached map. We feel
this work is needed to save one of the evergreen trees from eroding
the roots, to prevent washout below the drain pipes and to prevent
erosion along the shoreline.
