We own a house at 1510 Front Street, which is next door to 1512 Front
Street owned by Mrs. Sonja Hayward.
Mr. Larry Arnold has written to me as Agent for Mrs. Hayward proposing
to build a dock for her.
In a telephone conversation with Mrs. Hayward, she told me (John F.
Redding) that she wanted to build to 10 ft. from our property line.
We will be delighted to agree for Mrs. Hayward to build her dock to
10 ft. from our property line provided any boat lift will be at least
15 ft. from our property line.
If there if anything else we reed to do to make this agreement official,
please let us know.
