Please be advised that Mr. 8il9o's property (deed book 341/105 and
deed book 326/227) has a common corner with the Hancock property (dee(j
book 434/279) at the approximate high water mark of the canal
However a corner doses not constitute common line which is the cas=

here. Mr. Hancock and Mr. 8ilgo do not enjoy a common boundary lin=
at this time.
