drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, c
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be- applicant's signature
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer's signature

The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date expiration date
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no �.

RE: County Pier - Straits
Dear Mr. Pigott,
I have prepared a sketch for the installation of 5
pilings at the proposed County Pier at Straits. As you and
I discussed this morning, the pilings will be removed within
7 days after installation. These pilings need to be
installed in order to investigate the bottomland for
stability.
On behalf of Carteret County, I have employed Turner
Marine Construction to install these pilings, and Robbie
Webb can sign the temporary permit. I will co-ordinate a
site visit with him prior to removal.
Please issue the necessary permit so this work can
proceed.
