violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.

permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.,
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -

finances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

an existing bulkhead at Pirate Island, in Queens Creek, at the
end of SR 1508, Great Neck Landing, in Onslow County.

return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed,
self-addressed envelope.

Dear Mr. Mercer:
This request for a general permit is submitted per our
telecon of 28 March.
Request permit be granted to use riprap against an existing
worm-eaten seawall to prevent cave in of wall and bridge
abutment. Site is located in Onslow County, Swansboro
Township, at the end of highway 1508 (at Great Neck Landing)
then left on Pirate Island Drive to its end at the mainland
side bridge abutment to Pirate Island.
