These people have already greatly expanded the existing pier and the breakwater. All this has been done without any approval on our part. It is our view that further development only tends to encroach on the estaurine environment of Bear Creek. In addition Barton/Cranford have been the worst possible neighbors trying to change boundaries and surveys that have been in the Mayo family since shortly after the turn of the century. We will not sign or agree for them to increase any thing beyond what they have and are quite frankly amazed at the development they have already completed apparently without any need for notification of the state or ourselves.
