imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -
Is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
antes, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that

Dear Mr. Mercer,
I would like to request a permit to dredge
four boat slips in front of my house at 106 Riverside Ave.,
Morehead City, N.C.
These slips have been there since June 1988 and the back
ends of them have filled in. The area to be dredged is
approximately 72' by 101. I need to remove about 2' of dirt
from this area, which will give me a depth of 5'.
Enclosed is a drawing of the area, a notice of no
objections from neighbors and a check for $50.00.
Thanks for your efforts and consideration in this
permit.
