drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer's signature
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro -
is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date expiration date
trances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

Lot 2 Section 2 Oakleaf Dr.
Dear Mr. Mercer:
As per our visit on January 23, 1995 the following
was established:
1) The northwest corner of the boat lift will be 310 ft
from the mhw mark.
2) A riprap seawall will be allowed with suitable fill
and filter cloth.
3) The last 20 ft of the wall on the East end will not
be filled.
4) No part of the boat lift or pier system will be
closer than 10 ft to the channel.
5) Trees necessary to complete the job shall be
removed.
