Box 769 Morehead City, NC 28557 RE: Odell Thompson Residence Lot 2 Section 2 Oakleaf Dr. Dear Mr. Mercer: As per our visit on January 23, 1995 the following was established: 1) The northwest corner of the boat lift will be 310 ft from the mhw mark. 2) A riprap seawall will be allowed with suitable fill and filter cloth. 3) The last 20 ft of the wall on the East end will not be filled. 4) No part of the boat lift or pier system will be closer than 10 ft to the channel. 5) Trees necessary to complete the job shall be removed.
